Illustrative figures. This board shows a modelled enrolment campaign built to
demonstrate how SatCom CX runs and reports a three-channel programme. The numbers are a worked
example, not the results of any live client campaign, and no real member data appears anywhere on
this page. The structure, definitions and reporting cadence are exactly what we run in production.

How we run it the operating model
One audience, three channels, a single suppression list. A member who enrols by
email stops being called that night — not next week. Replies to a text are routed to a
live agent and measured on speed to callback, and every channel writes to the same record, so the
enrolment is counted once no matter which touch closed it.
